Payments

Payment Methods

Our online store accepts payments via PayPal, Credit Card and Bank Transfer. You can choose the payment you prefer at the end of the purchase process.
All payments will be made to the 1177 online store.
In no case will he be able to accept payments in cash, either directly or by post.

Note: This online store operates from the European Union and all transactions are made in Euros (unless otherwise specified). If you pay with another currency, the currency conversion will be based on the exchange rate of the day of purchase. There is no additional cost for currency conversion.

PayPal

PayPal allows any company or consumer who has an email address to send and receive payments securely.
By following the “Pay with PayPal" link, you will access the secure PayPal site. Here, if you already have a PayPal account, you will only need to authorize the payment. If you still do not have a PayPal account, after a free registration and the insertion of your credit card (also prepaid, like Postepay), you will be able to make payments to 1177 Srl.
We also remind you that the use of PayPal as an online payment tool is safe and free.

Credit Cards

You can pay on the 1177 online store using credit cards belonging to the VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Laser Card and Maestro circuits.
Payment takes place on a secure server (SSL) with a 128 bit encryption key. With this system, all your credit card details pass directly to the banking company in charge of collecting on an encrypted and secure connection. No one within 1177 or on the Internet has access to your credit card information either at the time of posting or later.
In the credit card statement you will receive a charge with the purpose or 1177 Srl.
The amount is authorized on your card, and immediately processes the order.
Orders paid by credit card are the fastest to be processed because the communication to the payment is instantaneous.

Bank Transfer

The procedure to pay your order on our online store by bank transfer is easy and safe:

On the payment selection page, select ‘Bank Transfer’ from the list of accepted payment methods;
Click on “Pay": your order will be registered immediately in our systems;
Transfer by bank transfer to a branch of your banking system or through their online banking service.
IMPORTANT: Remember to enter the “payment reference number" in the description or in the payment field. The absence of this reference could cause unnecessary delays. Since banks can take up to 10 working days to complete the transfer request, we cannot exclude any exhaustion of stocks during the payment waiting period.

Refunds

How to ask for a refund

You can make your return within 30 days from the date of delivery and be fully refunded.

Complete the online return procedure by accessing your account and clicking on “My orders". Click on the “Make Return" button located next to your order number, and follow the instructions displayed until the correct registration of the return;
Print the Return Form, and insert it inside the package. On the Return Form, circle the “Refund" option;

Refund amount

The administrative reimbursement costs are the responsibility of the store. On the contrary all shipping costs of the product, both by courier and by postal service, are charged to the customer. You will then be fully reimbursed for the value of the returned products.

Refund Methods

The shop operates from the European Union: for this reason all transactions, even in foreign currency, are converted into Euro following payment by the customer. For payments in currencies other than the Euro, 1177 Srl in any case returns the amount in Euro, the amount in currency is therefore calculated on the exchange ratio on the day on which the repayment is made. The risks relating to the exchange are therefore borne by the customer.

ATTENTION: Returned products paid by bank transfer are refunded by bank transfer. To allow us to make the refund you will need to enter the bank details directly into the Return Form.

Refund Times

The refund will be processed together with the receipt of your return in our warehouse. We inform you that for orders paid by credit card, refunds can take up to 4 weeks to be visible on your statement. The refund will be shown on your statement with the description 1177 Srl.

What to do if you have a problem with the product received

If you have encountered a problem with the product, please contact our Customer Service: we will provide you with an adequate solution.

Returns

Returns Policy

Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returned products must not have been worn and washed or altered in any way.
Returned products must have all their original labels and must be in their original packaging.

Note: Some products are available in one size / color / length, and cannot be changed. If you wish to make a change with a similar product, please contact our Customer Service before starting the online Return Procedure.

Package return costs

The cost of returning the product to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is exclusively charged to the customer. The shipment of the new product will be charged to 1177. Your new product will be shipped once we receive the original product.

How to open the Energy Can 1177

To return the purchased product it is essential that the Energy Can 1177 is in its original condition. To open it without damaging it, in view of a possible return, follow these simple instructions:
Turn over your Energy Can
Grab the bottom cover, the one with no metal tab, with one hand
Pull the lid towards you
To close it again, simply put the lid back in its original position

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Informations

To guarantee a quick delivery of your order, the 1177 store relies on the best express couriers selected according to the destination region and the type of product. Click here to access the detailed shipping costs per country.

The shipping costs of your order will be visible in your cart, and you will be charged together with the cost of your order at the time of payment. Nothing will be due to the courier upon delivery of your package.

Guaranteed deliveries by Christmas for all orders placed by December 16 for Italy and by December 14 for Europe.

Order processing

Orders are processed from 9.00 to 17.00 GMT from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5.00pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Please be aware that delays may occur for a buyer’s first order due to the need to verify identity and other information.

Track Your Order

To verify information relating to an order, log in to your account and click on My Orders. Select the order number to view the details.
You can view the status of your order from the “My orders" section. Once the shipment has been completed, you will receive a tracking number with which you can monitor and track the status of your shipment.

Shipping Times

Shipments to Italy are delivered within 24 and 48 hours from the time of shipment (excluding holidays).
Shipments to the rest of the European Union take about 2-3 working days.
Shipments to the rest of the world take about 4-5 working days (excluding any customs clearance delays).
